Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kolektor ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

Description of Service

Kolektor is a game launcher application that allows you to view and launch games from multiple gaming platforms in a unified interface. The Application scans your system for installed games and provides a convenient way to access your game library.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Kolektor, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
• Access other users' accounts without authorization
• Use the Application to distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Third-Party Services

Kolektor integrates with third-party gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, Xbox, Battle.net). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Kolektor is not affiliated with these platforms.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by Kolektor and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Game logos, covers, and other assets displayed in the Application belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

Kolektor does not guarantee compatibility with all games or gaming platforms. Some games may not be detected or may not launch correctly.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOLEKTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription (Premium). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Application at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
